1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and again once it ships.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and major carriers using tracked, insured services. Standard and expedited options are presented at checkout. The available methods and their costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping generally arrives within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping may be available to select countries on request — contact us before ordering. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and inspection delays, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Packaging

All products are discreetly packaged to protect contents and maintain privacy. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate protective materials to preserve product integrity during transit.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you so you can follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

7. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship on time, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, customs, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays once a package leaves our facility, but we will gladly assist you in tracing a delayed shipment.

8. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all qualifying domestic orders over $150. The discount is reflected at checkout — no code required.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at info@peptideresearch.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
