Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the inability to verify the storage and handling conditions of products once they leave our facility, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products. The only exceptions are described below.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a broken seal, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@peptideresearch.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs, once the error is confirmed.
The following cannot be returned or refunded: opened or used products; items damaged through improper storage or handling after delivery; bacteriostatic water and reconstitution supplies; and any item reported more than 7 days after delivery.
Email info@peptideresearch.com with your order number, the reason for your request, and supporting photographs where applicable. Our team typically responds within 1–2 business days. Do not ship any item back until you have received written authorization from us.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to the terms of this policy.
